If you want to get ripped fast, it's actually pretty simple. However, I'm not saying that it's easy. The thing is most people do not have the self-control and the discipline to pull this off. But, obviously, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to achieve this.

How to get ripped fast - There are basically two things you need to do, really.

First, you need to make good eating decisions day in and day out, meal after meal after meal. Second, you need to workout (and not miss a session of it). As you can see, it's pretty simple, like I have said earlier.

Let's discuss about each one of those in more detail.

First, the food. So what kind of food should you eat in order to get ripped quickly?

Well, your daily menu should consist of proteins, fruits, and vegetables, and you have to eat 6 meals a day rather than the traditional 3 meals a day.

The right way to do this is to have, in each and every meal, 1 portion of protein and 1 portion of fruit. Then, in two of those meals you should add vegetables. For example, you can have chicken breasts, an apple, and some vegetables.

As for the workouts, the fastest way to gain muscle is to do a 4-days-a-week training split, e.g., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Basing on our example, on Mondays and Thursdays you do big lifts like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and rows, and you want to split these up and rotate them around (e.g., squats and deadlifts on Mondays and bench presses and rows on Thursdays). And after you do these big lifts, for the rest of your workout, just do other big complex exercises.

On Tuesdays and Fridays you are going to do high-intensity circuit workouts. In case you don't know, circuit workouts are a successive series of exercises with no breaks in between. An example of a circuit workout is this, you do 50 pushups which are immediately followed by 50 crunches, followed by 30 jumps, then by 10 fifty-yard sprints. Then, after you go through all those exercises, you give yourself a one-minute break and do the circuit all over again. You do this up to 4 or 5 times.

To help you get through the workout a lot easier, you may want to have your favorite music playing as you go through your exercises. Music can do a lot in the area of motivation.
